What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy supports people of all ages to participate in everyday activities that matter most to them. Things like dressing, communicating, confidence, managing emotions and building meaningful relationships. It’s all about building skills for life and independence in a way that’s functional and person-centered.
How do i integrate horses?
In my practice, I bring in horses as therapeutic partners. The rhythm of their movement, the calming outdoor environment and the connection built through tasks like grooming, leading or riding all support emotional regulation, sensory integration, motor skills and confidence.
Equine assisted OT turns therapy into a powerful, engaging and joy-filled experiences.
